Find Purpose and Passion

How Hypnotherapy, CBT and Past-Life Regression Help You Find Purpose and Passion
Are you searching for a reason to live? To go on? A reason to fight?
I get it. Because when I saw a life that I lived in the late 1700s in North Carolina, when I was a slave, I stood up to the woman who owned me. It changed the way I see my life now. Because I stood for myself, I freed both of us! That’s a blog I wrote a bit ago, and I love that story because it reminds me that obstacles can be overcome and to never give up.
In that regression, done with Brian Weiss at my training, I felt it in my chest: the terror, the fire, and then the astonishing quiet of owning my power at last. I have carried that story, that life, with me ever since. I won my freedom, and because of that I can help people win theirs.
In my work, many clients arrive anxious, flat, and unsure why they are here on planet Earth. The work I do helps them to go back in time and see themselves at their finest. They find the woman who stood against a rapist and a tyrant, the man who fought for his people, the soul who refused to bow. They sit up taller. They connect with their courage and remember what they are made of. Sometimes they even meet with their old gangster self and are told to stop complaining and to “Buckle up!”
YOUR BRAIN CAN BE REWRITTEN
Neuroplasticity is the most hopeful idea in modern brain science. Your brain is not fixed. Every thought you rehearse and every action you repeat strengthens a pathway. Change the way you think, and you change the brain’s thinking.
Norman Doidge’s The Brain’s Way of Healing makes the case that attention, movement, and thought can drive the brain to heal itself. It echoes what I ask my hypnosis clients to do every day. Eat mindfully. Savor the small things. Walk briskly. Take time off before burnout takes it for you.
None of it is exotic. All of it rewires you.
PURPOSE IS MEDICINE
The newest brain research keeps pointing the same direction. People who feel connected to a purpose bigger than themselves report less anxiety, feel more alive, and tend to enjoy better health and longer lives.
And a purpose that also benefits others yields the biggest gains.
THE MODEL WHO FILLED BACKPACKS
One of my clients is a fit model in downtown Los Angeles. She walked past homeless people every day, and it weighed on her. She did not wait for a grand plan. She did something small.
She gathered the other models, and together they went to the 99 Cent Store. They bought backpacks and filled them with the necessities: toilet paper, toothpaste, wipes, packaged food, and whatever else would fit. Every night, they walked the streets and handed out the backpacks.
Small, doable, and kind. That is the whole recipe. She walked taller afterward, and her anxiety had somewhere better to go, and she felt proud. I turn all my clients into “Undercover Angels.”
WHERE MY THREE TOOLS MEET
Hypnotherapy takes you beneath the chatter to the subconscious, where old beliefs live, and new ones can be planted.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy catches the thought that stalls you and replaces it with one you can use today.
Past-life regression hands you proof. When you have seen yourself stand up to tyranny, you stop asking whether you could. You know you have.
Together, they turn “Who do I think I am?” into “I remember who I am.”
FIND YOURS
Purpose does not have to be grand. You do not find it by thinking harder. You find it by remembering who you have already been and then taking the next small step for someone other than yourself.
READY TO FIND YOUR PURPOSE AND PASSION?
