For Smokers Only
Okay, my Darling Smokers,
Let’s get real. You really love to smoke? Yes? Otherwise, you know you would have given it up before now, right? That’s your dirty little secret, isn’t it? You simply just love to smoke. You like to sit and watch your own breath coming out of your lungs. You like the “breaks” it gives you. And you like the way it makes your brain feel. You feel that your brain actually works better with nicotine in it, right? Maybe you can even feel your brain cells performing better, and you feel more “on your game,” and in control, yes? And, Dude? You feel so hip and cool with that cigarette in your hand, right? But trust me, you won’t feel so hip and cool when you look down at your own limp dick. Your favorite part needs blood flow, and research now proves that smoking will make you impotent. And girls really don’t have much patience or need for guys without dicks. Check it out, if you don’t believe me.
And for you smoker girls? You don’t want to stop smoking because you’re afraid that your ass size will suffer, yes?
So please, go right ahead and smoke. Smoke outside. (Sometimes in the rain!) You’ll get that extra break per day. Enjoy it. Be apart of the “go fuck yourself” club. Knock yourself out.
Unless, that is, you’re tired of waking up to early morning coughing spasms. Or you can’t walk up a steep hill anymore without getting short of breath, and maybe that scares you. It should. Breath is “Prana” — Life Force. Or maybe you hate that your mouth tastes like an ashtray, and that your breath stinks. You’re tired that your clothes, car and house always smell of smoke. And what’s even more annoying to you? You’re angry because you know that non-smokers simply pity you, because they think you have no will power at all.
Well, they’re wrong! Because it’s not about your will power. If it were about will power, you would have quite long before now. You know that. You know that you can do what you want to do, when you decide to it. Right?
Quitting smoking is about understanding how your brain works, and then learning to “re-program” it. And that’s what I can help you do.
Every brain is different. Everyone smokes for different reasons. And it’s up to you to discover your own reasons, and your own linked behaviors and triggers. And then learn how to systematically delete the sabotaging behaviors and triggers. One at a time. Until they are all gone, and you are completely free. What I’ve found after years of doing this work, is that my clients who still smoke have aspects of Oppositional Defiance Disorder (that’s DSM talk – which I actually hate, just FYI – I don’t like categorizing people.) But discovering the source of your own self-destructive behavior is what will take to make changes.
I tell my clients that they are the Head Investigator, and I’m their trusty Research Assistant, just on-duty to assist in their life-changing investigation.
So if you’re ready to stop smoking, call me. 323.933.4377. I can help you begin the process of brain reprogramming. I use hypnosis and Cognitive Behavior Modification, and NLP. I’ve helped so many people become nicotine free, and because they’ve quit, they feel powerful, healthy and happy.
Smoking can also be a part of peoples’ “spiritual practice,” because in those moments of smoking and gazing at the sky, you sometimes “connect” more completely with your “beingness,” yes? Let me help you connect to your soul, your power source, without destroying the 300 million tiny little grape like organelles inside your lungs that are now being clogged by chemicals and sludge. Your lungs will thank you, your brain will thank you, as will your future, older self. Guys? You only have two options: getting older or dying. Start your training now for getting stronger and healthier, instead of weaker and sicker. If you don’t take care of yourself, your own body, no one else will. And there’s a rocky road ahead for all of us. Everyone needs to be in training to get older and get healthier! I know, because at 19 I couldn’t walk, couldn’t breath, and wasn’t expected to live beyond age 25. That’s what the doctors told me. But I didn’t believe them, and I took control of my own healing, and my own life. Now at 63, it occurs to me that I’ve made it this far, I might live another 30 years! And I don’t want to be inside a body that isn’t functioning. It’s not fun. And you just might live another 50, yes? So begin to train for your future now!
Cost - Ask yourself what it will cost you long term if you don’t get a handle on this one? Visit the lung unit at the Veteran’s Administration and see all the tough guys sucking for life on those ventilators. Breath is life force, so if you want more life force, ask yourself if you are worth the investment in your life. Is your future worth investing in? If not, then look at where you are spending your cash… and you’ll have all the information you need. Look at what you spend your money on. Money – that’s the key, yes? Because then you’ll know that’s what you really care about. Call me now.
